NELMS SPOTLIGHT SCHOOLS

Oyster River Middle School is a 750 student, 125 staff member middle school with students from the towns of Durham, Lee and Madbury. ORMS is committed to providing a creative and developmentally appropriate environment which meets the educational, social, and environmental needs of the individual student in an encouraging and respectful atmosphere. We are dedicated to empowering each individual to become a responsible, caring, lifelong learner who chooses ways to serve his or her school, community, and world.

Oyster River Middle School received the NELMS Spotlight School Award in 2003.
