Student Awards Celebration
New England League of Middle Schools are leaders in promoting middle level best practices by providing collaborative learning experiences that support students’ intellectual, academic, social, and emotional growth and success.
Middle schoolers are doing incredible things every day. We believe they deserve recognition!
Our virtual awards celebration honors outstanding students across New England by recognizing 5th–8th graders who go above and beyond in their schools and communities. Schools nominate their students, we review each submission, and selected honorees are featured in a high-energy virtual celebration-complete with an inspiring keynote speaker and shoutouts to students. This celebration is delivered as a video that schools can play at a time of their choice.
Each year, we proudly recognize two or more students per school who have made a lasting impact during their middle school journey by demonstrating many of the following qualities:
