Exhibit Information

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at our Annual Conference. Our Annual Conference remains the premier middle level education conference in New England and the largest regional middle school event in America. We are anticipating over 500 attendees this year.

We will be using Hopin at our conference platform software. This is a very user-friendly platform. And as an added plus, with our conference being virtual this year, organizations will not have to worry about traveling, shipping, or physical booth set-up! Virtual Exhibit Booths can be set up prior to the start of the conference. Booth features include Company Information, tagline, logo, image, contact information, pre-recorded video, Call-to-action button, etc.

 

Booth Price: $500​

 

Your virtual booth at the NELMS Annual Conference includes:

• Registrations for 2 people per booth space

• Exhibitor registration includes access to all concurrent and general sessions during the conference. 

• Listing on the Annual Conference website

• Copy of the attendee list provided 14 business days after

                   (List only includes Attendee Name, School and School Address-NO email address)

• Workshop Sessions Reserved for Exhibitors-must submit a presenter proposal prior to January 13, 2022. Please visit our website for the presenter proposal form.
