At Whitefield there is a certain connectedness that holds us all together as a school. Young and older students, and new and veteran staff have committed to work together to support one another. As a staff, we take personal responsibility for all of our students.

Leadership is learnable, and we have discovered how many good leaders there are here at The Whitefield School. We have come to the frightening conclusion that it is our job to get out of the way and let the kids take over!
