Bethel Middle School is home to approximately 700 students in sixth through eighth grades and is designed to meet the unique educational, physical, social and emotional needs of these students.
Bethel Middle School is focused on creating a learning community in which students engage in meaningful educational experiences that prepare them for future challenges. Bethel Middle School is a student-centered, nurturing environment in which all students are challenged to think and perform at high levels, to take risks, to explore new ideas and experiences, and to make choices that aid them in achieving healthy self-actualization.
At BMS, teachers work in a collaborative environment using a Professional Learning Community Framework that is focused on achievement for all students.
Bethel Middle School achieved Spotlight status from NELMS in April 2009.
