31st ANNUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

April 2 & 3, 2012

Those who register by March 1, 2012 will be given early registration pricing as reflected below.* Registrations postmarked after March 1 will be charged the regular/on-site rate.

Note: The individual two-day rate is designed for one person only.

If you are NOT currently a member of NELMS, and want to register for the conference at the member rate, visit our members page, complete the membership form and return it ALONG WITH your registration.

Special School Group Daily Rates are available for member schools. Register 20 or more teachers from the same school and receive a 20% discount on registration. Contact NELMS at 978-557-9311 for further details.

TICKETED SESSIONS and KEYNOTE LUNCHES

Ten Ticketed Hot Topic Sessions are being offered. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited.

Price per Session: $5/NELMS Member, $25/Non-Member for early registration. $10/Members, $30/Non-Member for standard or on-site registration.

A purchase order, check or credit card authorization must accompany your REGISTRATION FORM!

Ticketed Keynote Luncheons with Speaker are being offered to preregistered conference attendees only. Registration for these activities will be limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Luncheon keynote registration(s) must be PREPAID.
Cost per luncheon: $40 for both NELMS Members and Non-Members. Because of the need for an accurate meal count, a purchase order, check or credit card authorization must accompany your REGISTRATION FORM!

Registration Refunds: Attendees who cancel their planned attendance by March 23, 2012 will be refunded any registration fees paid minus a thirty-five ($35) dollar processing fee. The notification of cancellation must be in writing and signed on official stationery. It can be faxed to 978-557-9312 or mailed. Fees and penalties may be waived at our discretion for circumstances beyond the control of the attendees. No refunds will be given to conference attendee "no shows" or those cancelling after March 24th. Substitutes may be made at no additional cost for any cancellation. Substitution requests must be make in writing on official stationery and fax to NELMS at 978-557-9312.
