New for 2008!

A redesigned exhibit area located on the ballroom level of the RICC to bring the exhibits closer to ongoing conference events. PLEASE NOTE: Applications for exhibit space are currently on a stand-by basis. If you are interested in a space please e-mail exhibits@nelms.org. Thank you.
Sunday exhibiting hours in the Prefunction Area.
New incentives to draw attendees into the exhibition area, such as our new NELMS Chit for Chat Station, a reduced cost exhibitor sponsored refreshment cart.

Advertising Opportunities in various NELMS Publications. Exhibitors can advertise in our Annual Conference program book, Mid Lines, or Journal. Call Steve Nicholas at NELMS for further information.
The Virtual Exhibit Hall gives NELMS Members the opportunity to view your products and services via our website throughout the year, not just during NELMS Annual Conference. Click here for an Exhibit Hall contract.
Sponsorship opportunities: Exhibitors can gain additional exposure by sponsoring an Annual Conference event (such as a reception, dance, speaker or dinner) or product (such as tote bags, door prizes or morning coffee). Call NELMS for more information.
Workshop presentation opportunities: Registered exhibitors are invited to submit a presentation proposal to fill one of several workshop slots reserved for vendors. Please visit our web site or call us for a presenter proposal.
Chance Auction opportunities: You can enhance visibility by sponsoring an item at our chance auction. This item can be a product, service, company gift certificate, or one of many other options.

NELMS is making available address lists of Annual Conference registrants via email with an Excel spreadsheet attached. Lists are available before the 2008 Conference (to be sent the week of March 20, 2008) or after the 2008 Conference for $275. Use the exhibit contract form to order.

Remember: Exhibit booths are available on a first come, first served basis. Sponsorship placements have priority and then by the date an exhibit contract with payment is received.
